Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Eligibility: To become a member of Integrity Fitness Center, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

3. Membership Fee: As a member, you are responsible for paying the agreed-upon monthly membership fee. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.
4. Cancellation Policy: If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your membership, you must provide written notice at least 30 days in advance. Refunds are not provided for a pro-rated portion of the unused membership period.
5. Facilities and Equipment: Members are expected to use the facilities and equipment responsibly and follow the instructions provided by our staff. Any damage caused by negligence may result in additional charges.
6. Conduct and Etiquette: We foster a supportive and respectful environment at Integrity Fitness Center. Any member engaging in inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment or disrespect towards staff or fellow members, may face disciplinary actions including membership termination.
7. Personal Belongings: While we strive to provide a secure environment, Body Fusion and Integrity Fitness Center are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. We recommend using the available lockers and taking necessary precautions.
